●Summary
-Agency roles of Aircraft Financing
-Support front officers of Aircraft Finance Department in executing new transactions
-Manage existing transactions of Aircraft Financing during the life of the transactions
-Support middle officer in charge of Project Export Finance in her absence

●Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy and Business Planning
-Manage the portfolio of the Aircraft Financing in terms of mortgages & guarantees, covenants monitoring,
waivers/consents, insurances, etc.
-As ATM officer in charge of Aircraft Financing, support FO in executing new transactions and provide agency
service to the clients.
-Support ATM officer in charge of Project Export Finance / Shipping Finance when she is absent

2. Management and Reporting
Report to Head of FCS in Tokyo

3. Risk
Operational risk including reputation risk caused by operational error.

4. Communication
Key Internal Contacts
Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, Treasury, Legal, Compliance, RPC-CRM and Finance.
Key External Contacts
Borrower, Syndication Lenders, Agent, Auditors and Legal councils.

5. Systems Used

6. Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities
・Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements, including, but not limited to, the
Japan Compliance manual and Compliance policies and procedures as issued from time to time; Financial
Security requirements, including, but not limited to, the prevention of Financial Crime and Fraud including reporting
obligations to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer.

・ Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure to be fully qualified to undertake the role. Complete all mandatory
training as required to attain and maintain competence.
