Key Areas of Responsibilities
Prepare all internal and external documents e.g. power point presentations, agreements, syndicate
docs, roadshow materials, internal proposals etc.
Provide advice on corporate finance transactions, which include origination, issuing and underwriting
equity securities, M&A and other varies types of transactions.
Conduct due diligence work on the listing applicants and M&A targets.
Co-ordinate with external professional parties in relation to deal execution process.
Provide support on research, financial analyses, modeling and evaluation activities relating to
completion and execution of corporate finance transactions.
Prepare pitch book and business proposals.
Keep track on market activities and relevant news.
Well collaborate with internal parities.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration, economics, corporate finance or related
discipline
1 to 6 years of relevant experience in investment banking, financial industry or related industry
In-depth understanding of Japanese market and culture
Strong analytical and quantitative, client serving and multi-tasking skills
Able to work as a team player, self-motivated, proactive mindset
Good command of Microsoft office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Fluent in both spoken and written Japanese and good command of English and/or Chinese
Attained all necessary regulatory criteria for carrying out investment banking activities
