【Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities】 (Purchase to Strategy): ・On request by Category Manager or Category Buyer (channeled via Hub Management): ・Provide market intelligence for category strategy development for Global and Regional Categories ・Provide information on business requirements
(Source to Contract): ・For Local Categories, accountable and responsible for S2C activities: ・Prepare and execute RfX (goods / services package, RfX type and approach, requirements, roles for negotiation, list of suppliers, alternatives to negotiated agreement) ・Evaluate incoming offers and, if applicable, perform bonus/malus evaluation ・Negotiation & contract award: determine optimal negotiation / award alternative, award goods / services package to supplier(s) and align with functional hierarchy if required ・Contract implementation & monitoring: manage contracts and decide on appropriate actions, including supply issues ・Escalation point for NCM management ・Collect required documents from supplier(s) for master data processes ・Approve PO / Contract in SAP ・Local supplier management: identification of suppliers and supplier development (on request for Global and Regional Categories)
(Others): ・Fulfill primary role as contact for assigned sites: ・Understand business needs, agree on site-specific measures and projects (“site activity plan”); drive implementation with Account Manager, Category Buyers and other Local Procurement Representatives ・Report on procurement activity to business management, including price forecasts and capex projects ・Provide language support on request from Global and Regional Category Teams (aligned with Hub Management) ・Coordinate small CAPEX projects in alignment with relevant Category Buyers ・Act as contact for local compliance issues and ensure compliance with local regulations ・Train users at sites for procurement process (incl. systems SAP & ARIBA)
1. Design and installation ・Design, cost estimation, install, relocate, remove/replace relevant electrical equipment and instrument. ・Manage Small Investment project from designing to commissioning. 2. Maintenance and repairing ・Maintain, inspect, test, and adjust electrical equipment including instrument on a regular basis to detect any potential problems, maintain PLC, DCS/SIS system with other Engineering & Maintenance members. 3. Repair service ・Carry out repair service for electricity and instruments, detect the frequent default machine and conduct simple repairing timely, report to supervisor usual or unsolvable problems to ensure no engineering failures to interrupt all site activities and utility supply. 4. Operation management ・Organize, monitor and direct the installation, removal, relocate, maintenance and repair on site to ensure the function of the electrical equipment and instrument meet all site section needs. 5. Planning ・Develop maintenance plan and spare parts stocking levels and participate in drafting technical/process improvement plan to ensure the function of machinery/equipment meet all site section requirements. 6. Development self and others ・Give advice, instructions and train related members with own knowledge and experience for Engineering & Maintenance activities and plant self-maintenance. 7. Safety and housekeeping ・Contribute to safety and housekeeping activities and report any unsafe work or equipment conditions to the supervisor to ensure the site safety. 8. Coordination ・Perform cross organizational coordination for production related topics, not only with in Totsuka, but also region/global related person to follow our global standards.
【As TPU product manager support Site Product portfolio management】 ・Support review, optimize and manage the TPU product portfolio ・Update of all product related information in the system (availability, formulations, attributes, cost) ・Propose activities to streamline portfolio of products ・Lead and coordinate actions to support/grow key/core products ・Support/Coordinate new product portfolio development and ensure proper product nomenclature ・Support/Coordinate product transfers to/from other TPU sites ・Establish relationship, conclude contact and negotiate costing with raw material sources to ensure stable supply and optimize cost
【Market Intelligence】 ・Collect, consolidate and develop market intelligence on Competitors and its products ・Monitor raw material price trend for key raw materials and provide transparency to industries.
【Operational Excellence】 ・Actively manage raw material cost and supply risk in cooperation with Procurement/R&D/Operations
【Toller Management】 ・Lead the process for new toller qualification in accordance to the defined process ensuring strategic fit, EHS requirements and legal requirements. ・Actively participate and contribute in setting up projects with tollers and closely monitor implementation of production trials. ・Keep updating / reviewing contracts and tolling cost when needed
