＜Responsibilities＞ ・Support Global Account Leader to plan the account revenue and strategic plan ・Periodical review of the plan and revenue performance with the leadership team ・Identify key opportunities and track progress ・Support Global Account Leaders to plan expense budget and investment budget, then manage ・Work with Global Account Leaders to plan various events and thought leadership and provide logistical support ・Prepare required reports for Global Account Leader and the account team in timely manner ・Communicate clearly the progress of requests to internal stakeholders ・Arrange and attend internal meetings to take meeting minutes in English / Japanese ・Maintain communication tools working together closely with global account team ・Deliver updates on account activities and general market news ・Liaise with EA to coordinate meetings and to handle requests from the leadership team ・Act as the point of contact for the global account team ・Assist in preparation of meeting materials and required data ・Keep a global account team list as well as distribution list up to date ・Manage and submit expense of required costs ・Update internal IT systems knowledge by attending training, communicating with others

●Responsibilities: ・Liaise with India Product Control team for outsourced P&L processes. ・Review and validate daily P&L produced by India Team, perform P&L analysis and related regulatory reporting. ・Further the partnering relationship across divisions to help advance the business. Provide MI to business to support decision making. ・Prepare the monthly accounting close, ensuring that the daily P&L and BS is reflected accurately in the books and records ・Liaise with Valuations team for monthly price testing and reserves processes. ・Partner with Technology and Operations to drive process efficiencies and scalable infrastructure. ・Respond to Ad hoc reporting requests from the desk and Finance management.
Instrument Data Team under Wholesale IT Dept. is responsible to set up and maintain Instrument Data within internal applications to provide timely and accurate data to internal consumers in Japan. The type of instrument data range from EQ, Fixed Income, and F&O. This function previously existed in Operations, and now has moved into IT Department to accelerate automation initiatives. Due to wide scope of internal users, the candidate will have opportunity to work closely with data users across front to back office, and across both Retail and Wholesale business. In addition to learning various aspects of Instrument Data, the candidate will have opportunity to participate and drive various projects and automation initiatives. In the future there will be opportunities to collaborate with global teams including London/Powai/NY for global instrument data process utilizing global applications.

Execute on the Cyber as a Service Managed Services go to market strategy across Asia-Pacific that is utilised by Area and Regional teams to identify, design, develop with clients, and execute high quality MS pursuits Drive new and existing qualified business opportunities and maximise new sales and cross sell opportunities Experience in selling solutions that are based on a global delivery model capability Foster and maintain relationships across target buyers within strategic clients Develop and maintain partner and vendor relationships Collaborate with our aligned sales community to communicate and promote strategic solutions internally Support Asia-Pacific /regional/solution leaders with the development Managed Service GTM programmes and monitor progress comprising awareness development, solution prioritisation, campaign design and development, client engagement and pursuit execution.
