・Responsible for originating, structuring, and executing deals
・Proactively manage team and ancillary areas within company to build deal cases
・Act as primary contact for customer and partner queries and concerns
・Lead, structure, and perform negotiations for contractual terms and agreements
・Build relationships with potential partners and customers
・Able to maintain, introduce, and/or create necessary network or partners, vendors and external investors for deal-making
・Manage existing stakeholders to ensure obligation and rights in all contractual agreements are met
・Manage operating projects to ensure satisfactory performance of plants are met
・Perform cash flow and return simulations, and prepare investment teasers and presentation for investment board
・Entrepreneurial attitude to lead team, prepare and advance projects within company and commercially with other partners,
to result in successful investment decisions

＜Qualification＞
・Undergraduate degree

＜Language＞
・ Vietnam Native
・ Business level written and spoken English is a must (TOEFL 110+)
・ Japanese is a plus

＜Preferable＞
・Able to work independently and lead a team to execute renewable projects , ultimately focusing on country business　development as a whole .
・ 5+ years experience in deal origination, infrastructure project development, project management preferred.
・ 2+ years experience in solar or other renewable energy industry is a preferred
・ Enthusiastic about renewable energy
・ Project Finance experience is preferred
・ Experienced in MS office is a must
・ Finance background, exposure to financial modeling preferred
