大手証券会社でのProject Manager Support （PMO） / Technology Business Analystの求人

Responsibilities：
・プロジェクト計画からデリバリーまでのシステムライフサイクルを通して、リソース管理、進捗管理、リスク・課題管理、関係者との折衝を含むプロジェクト管理を担当するプロジェクトマネージャーのサポート、プロジェクトにおける必要な調整や会議のファシリテーション、各種資料作成などの事務作業や進捗状況・コスト管理、課題の発見・検証、プロジェクトチームの人材・環境調整
・オペレーション部門のユーザーおよび関係者と協力し、要件の収集、分析、優先度調整と定義の決定。および設計文書の作成、更新と管理
・プロダクションサポートチームと連携し、各種障害への対応など、円滑なシステム運用保守
・ユーザーからの問い合わせへの対応
・アプリケーション責任者として、関連するシステムへの影響分析

・PMO to support Project Management through whole cycle, including management of resource, planning & progress, risk/issue, stakeholder communication.
・Work with operations users and stakeholders to gather, analyse, prioritize, and determine requirements to implement. Create, update, and manage design documents.
・Work with production support teams to troubleshoot production issues.
・Responding to User Inquiries
・As application owner, analyse change impacts from related systems.

●Mandatory
・ネイティブレベルの日本語力と、ビジネス文書を読み書きできる英語力
・プロジェクト管理またはPMO経験
・関連ビジネス部署と連携して要件を具体的なシステムデザイン・実装まで落とし込む、高いコミュニケーションスキル
・問題解決力をもって、課題発生するときの適切な対応策の検討と実施
・3年程度のWEB系、オープン系システム開発経験（Java、.NET、JavaScriptなど）
・問題の当事者意識の強さと優先順位を適切に決定する能力
・チームワークを大事にできること

・Japanese (native level) and English (Read/Write business documents)
・Project management or PMO experience
・High communication skills to work with related business divisions to consolidate requirements for system design and implementation.
・Strong problem-solving skills, examine options to come up solutions when facing project or system issues / risks.
・About 3 years of experience in developing WEB and other systems (Java, .NET, JavaScript, etc.)
・Strong ownership and ability to prioritize issues appropriately.
・Good team player

・証券や決済業務に関する知見
・アプリケーション開発手法に関する知識と経験（Agile開発のプロジェクト経験尚可）
・ユーザーサポート業務経験
・最新技術動向に対する知識・理解
・3年程度のシステム導入、あるいは維持管理の経験

・Expertise in securities industry, or operations functions
・Application Development Methodology Knowledge and Experience (Agile Development Project Experience)
・Experience in user support work
・Knowledge and understanding of the latest technology trends.
・About 3 years of system implementation or maintenance experience
