Responsibilities：
Key Facts:

・Working within the global Messaging and Collaboration product delivery organization, this role reports locally to the head of our Productivity Suite team based in Tokyo, Japan.
・High level responsibilities include understanding and prioritizing requests from our business users, maintenance of product strategy roadmaps, and delivering value by enhancing productivity for our internal customers with optimal cost.
・This position spans multiple product technologies, so general Windows and server platform engineering skills are also important.
・Flexible working hours are available and often necessary in order to become an integral part of this multi-platform global engineering team.

Requirements：

Essential Skills & Experience:
・Proven experience in developing enterprise scale solutions which are reliable and easy to maintain
・Subject matter expert level knowledge of Microsoft 365 related technologies:
　 MS Teams
　 SharePoint Online
　 OneDrive for Business
　 Exchange Online
・Working knowledge of Windows infrastructure components:
　 Active Directory
　 Group Policy
　 Packaging and deployment techniques
・Working knowledge of general infrastructure components:
　 data networks
　 voice networks
　 storage technologies
　 server and desktop virtualization technologies
　 DNS, DHCP
・Proficiency with PowerShell, other scripting languages
・Technical leadership prowess delivering solid project documentation and oral presentations　this team often meets with senior management for ratification of strategy
・Experience with formal audit, compliance, change control processes and procedures typical of a financial services company, although FS experience is not in itself required
・Language Requirements
　 Proficiency in both English and Japanese at a business level or higher.

・Expert knowledge of related legacy technology platforms:
　 Microsoft SharePoint 2016/2019
　 Cisco Webex Teams and Webex Meetings
　 Microsoft Exchange 2016/2019
　 Symphony Messaging
　 Veritas Enterprise Vault and Merge1
・Experience with voice recording technologies from Verint, NICE, Hitachi
・Project management skills – proven ability to present, plan, budget, design and implement while tracking decisions, managing change and mitigating risk
・Platform and test harness automation
・Working knowledge of enterprise monitoring and logging systems
・Application development experience
