仕事内容
・Develop/execute leasing strategies to optimize occupancy, rental income, and tenant mix for Tokyo retail assets.
・Lead lease negotiations, renewals, and terminations; collaborate with brokers/legal teams.
・Drive business development initiatives aligned with Tokyo’s retail trends and competitive landscape.
・Analyze market data to identify repositioning opportunities and enhance asset performance.
・Manage budgets, forecasts, and KPIs (occupancy, rent collection, lease expirations).
・Conduct site visits to ensure property standards meet brand/tenant expectations.
・Foster relationships with tenants, brokers, and vendors to support leasing goals.
・Report asset performance and leasing progress to senior leadership.
必要スキル
・5+ years’ experience in retail asset management or leasing.
・Japanese Broker’s License.
・Proven success in retail portfolio management and complex lease deals.
・Deep expertise in Tokyo/Japan retail dynamics and tenant ecosystems.
・Fluent English (written/spoken); Japanese native level preferred.
・Strong financial acumen (budgeting, lease analysis, market valuations).
・Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
