Key Responsibility Areas :
Day to day management of existing properties
Formulating asset management and disposition strategies to maximize investment returns
Monitoring and updating asset performance against initial underwriting
Supervising and maintaining relationships with external companies including property management companies, asset management companies, vendors, lenders and any others in relation to the assigned property
Ensuring appropriate proposal and approval processes are processed for existing properties
Providing underwriting support to the acquisition team for any new investment proposals
Ensuring appropriate and necessary procedures for cash management, taxation and legal issues
Corresponding / reporting to lenders, trust banks and refinance work for existing projects
SPC management
Investor relations
Responding to any requirements when necessary

Internal Key Working Relationships
Primarily report to Head of Japan
Deal team in Japan and overseas (Singapore and Hong Kong)
Investment committee members

Experience Required:
Competent with numbers
Extensive knowledge of real estate
Familiarity with real estate non-recourse loans
Working experience in real estate funds
English language skills (preferably)
Proficient in the use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and database applications

Personal skills:
Strong excellent communication and interpersonal skills
English language skills (speaking, reading, writing)
Ability to work cooperatively within an organization
Goal oriented
Knowledge of real estate and real estate taxation
