We’re looking for a Client Relationship Manager in Japan Wholesale Client Coverage to:

focus on developing new business opportunities with the third party distribution channels in Japan
form and execute a strategy that will maximize sales and deliver high quality service to new and existing clients
strengthen relationships and coverage at multiple level with our long-term existing clients
develop stronger ties and expand existing business with our fund distributors
reinforce relationships with domestic asset management companies to develop while label business
contribute to the team to maximize our business and increase penetration of our asset management products in Japan
work closely with internal teams across the region

●Your expertise
ideally 5 years’ experience in asset management or related field
proven track record in fund business at an asset management company or financial services organization
established excellent, long-term relationships at the multiple levels with the large distributors client-minded, strong communicator with a track record in relationship management
fluent in Japanese and English
strong integrity and high ethical standards
highly motivated, dynamic and responsive
an excellent communicator, with great presentation skills
entrepreneurial, client-centric and solutions oriented
capability to perform in a global organization
undergraduate degree or higher from a reputable academic institution
