Take any actions necessary for cash management and tax issues
Corresponding to lenders, trust banks and refinance work for existing projects
SPC management
Investor relations
Responding to any requirements when necessary

Internal Key Working Relationships:
Primarily report to Head of Japan in Japan
Deal team in Japan and overseas (Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore)
Investment committee members

Experience Required:
Competent with numbers
Familiarity with real estate non-recourse loans
Working experience in real estate funds
Proficient in the use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and database applications
Strong numeracy skills
Proficiency in English (preferably)

Personal skills:
Strong excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work cooperatively within an organization
Goal oriented
Knowledge of real estate and real estate taxation
Real estate agent license
