About the Role
East Asia Marketing team partners with client coverage and investment teams across
Japan and Korea to drive brand presence and support business growth. We are seeking a Vice
President to lead institutional event strategy, corporate access programming, and distribution partner
engagement a high-visibility role at the intersection of investment content, client engagement, and
business development.

Responsibilities
[Institutional Marketing]
Planning, preparing, and managing the execution of in-person events for existing investors/prospects
to showcase investment opportunities our company offers collaborating with local client coverage team and
investment professionals in Japan.
Manage event preparation through to event day, managing tasks such as scheduling, preparing and
sending invitations/emails, RSVP, preparing materials needed for the event, and communicating with
various vendors.

Collaborate with overseas counterparts to introduce the Group’s events held overseas to investors in
Japan and Korea. Translate invitations and other documents into Japanese as needed.

[Thought Leadership]
To achieve business goals, strategically think about and propose what kind of content to create and
utilize.
Translate English content into Japanese with taking client demands into account and deploy to local
institutional client coverage team and the web.

Qualifications & Experience
● Bachelor’s degree required
● 7+ years of experience in the asset management or financial services industry
● Demonstrated experience in institutional event management.
● Experience working with mutual fund distribution channels (banks, securities firms) preferred
● Business-level English and native-level Japanese
● Strong understanding of investment products and institutional client dynamics
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM or event management platforms a plus
● Translation and proofreading experience preferred
