▼Job Description
You will lead the development of generative AI technologies.

Beyond GPT-based prompt engineering, you will assess what is possible and impossible in areas such as image and voice recognition, as well as general AI (NN and Classifier), and handle the actual implementation.

Lead the development of generative AI technologies
Manage the overall progress of projects and lead the team to advance the development of generative AI technologies
Conduct research and model construction
Investigate the latest research papers and design new models and structural transformations based on existing AI models
Development implementation and acceleration
Implement developed models and apply acceleration techniques to optimize performance
Solution delivery
Provide AI solutions tailored to customer needs and apply them to real business challenges
Result verification and improvement
Verify results using actual customer data and real environments, and improve models
Research and evaluation of new technologies
Conduct research and evaluation of new AI technologies and promote their introduction as needed

▼Required Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with:

・Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields, with deep knowledge in the Generative AI domain.
・Programming Skills
　-Have advanced programming skills in Python and practical experience using deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
・Research Activities and Algorithm Development Experience
　-Experience in designing and implementing algorithms based on the latest research papers in fields like computer vision or natural language processing.
　-Developed original algorithms in research projects and presented at conferences or journals.
　-Experience in applying research results to actual products and achieving performance improvements.
・Experience in Solving Technical Challenges
　-Analyzed specific technical challenges in real projects and proposed and implemented concrete solutions.
・Business-level communication skills in either English or Japanese (proficiency in one is required).

▼Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with the following experience or skills will be highly regarded:

・Experience in developing and applying image generation models and LLMs.
・Experience in submitting and presenting papers in fields such as computer vision and natural language processing.
・Experience applying DL and machine learning technologies to actual products, knowledge of infrastructure construction, and web-related knowledge.

Work Environment: Mac (Apple Silicon), dual monitors available
