【Key Accountabilities/ 主な責務】

Works to develop detailed project plans and schedule including plans for communications, resourcing, risk, and issue management

Manages scope, cost, schedule, resourcing, and quality to meet the projects objectives

Effectively applies NNLJ’s project management methodology and enforces project standards

Minimizes exposure and risk on a project through proper project management practices

Regular reporting on project status

Drives a high level of customer satisfaction through successful project delivery and building good relationships

Assist in determining the project portfolio delivery roadmap and strategy

【Skills, Knowledge, Experience/ 技術、知識、経験】

5+ years of project management experience with a successful track record of end to end project delivery in a multidisciplinary regulated environment

Prince2/PMP/Agile certification nice to have

Experience in the Insurance/Finance industries nice to have

Fluent Japanese and Business English (JLPT N2 and above)

Ability to translate business requirements into technology requirements

Solid understanding of project finances

Good meeting, effective reporting, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills
