Responsibilities:
Develop reinsurance strategies and solutions with internal and external partners to achieve the company’s financial objectives, optimize capital efficiency, and manage risks.
Coordinate and oversee structuring and negotiation of new reinsurance transactions.
Coordinate and develop appropriate reinsurance solutions for new insurance products to optimize capital efficiency and manage risks.

Experience:
Life Insurance experience or comparable financial industry experience（Actuary）
Working experience in the insurance or finance fields for 10 years (or enough time to understand the dynamics of an insurance company balance sheet under Japanese accounting standards.

Skills:
Ability to drive a business proposal from idea formulation to implementation.
Negotiation skills
Business writing skills, presentation skills
Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Qualifications: Actuarial skills at Fellowship level


Language:
Japanese: native proficiency
English: fluent proficiency. Interacting with counterparts in other countries, especially in the US, is likely


Personality:
A good self-starter who can work as a team
