This position is a role within ourl Investor Relations team. The key responsibilities are to actively engage and handle investor relations and fundraising efforts with both existing and potential investors (LPs) and prepare for our sixth flagship fund. The candidate will report to the Managing Director, Head of Investor Relations.
The candidate will have to be able to speak/read/write English and Japanese and have an understanding of finance
and preferably PE investments in general.

●Key Areas of Responsibilities
・Assist Head of IR in fundraising our activities
・Assist Head of IR in handling various investor relations for LPs
・Develop and improve both new/current relationships with LPs
・Handle logistics for outbound overseas marketing trips (i.e. 5-6 times a year)
・Develop and maintain marketing materials
・ Handle general fund PR and media relations in liaise with CLSA communication team
・ Develop and maintain marketing materials
・Work closely with the COO and Head of Administration in carrying out tasks relating to IR
・Establish a close working relationship with investment teams and serve as liaison between us and LPs

・Bachelor’s degree or above preferably in finance, economics, commerce, etc.
・Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance
・Candidates with less experience may be considered based on past job credentials
・Proficient in Word, Excel, Powerpoint
・Strong understanding of finance required
・ Strong interpersonal, marketing, client serving and multi-tasking skills
・Native Japanese and highly proficient English skills required
