社内OAシステムの構築と維持、各種案件マネジメント

ネット銀行には大きく分けて2種類のシステムがあります。
　1）顧客向けシステム：WEBシステム、勘定系システム
　2）社内向けシステム：メールシステム、情報共有システムなどの全社員が使用するシステム
社内OA担当は後者のシステム全般を構築・維持する役割となります。

社内OAシステムは、メールシステム、認証システム、ファイル共有システム、インターネットプロキシ、ウィルス対策、リモート接続、各種セキュリティシステムなど多種多様であり、加えてセキュリティ対策を施した数千台のPC管理なども含まれます。

また、当社の社内OAシステムはほぼ全てがクラウド環境で稼働しているため、クラウド管理も社内OA担当の責任範囲となります。

顧客向けシステムが24時間365日の安定稼働が求められることは勿論のこと、メール利用や情報共有としての社内OAシステムも同様の安定稼働を求められます。同時に社内向けサービス向上のためのシステム機能追加、性能拡張、各種法制度対応、更に障害対応などが日々発生します。障害が発生した際は迅速に原因を特定し復旧対応を行います。

In this position, you will be the development leader of the system for the structured products, working in the engineering team. You will lead the development team to design the new system for the core of the Japan Front-to-Back program, collaborating with multiple user departments, and conducting agile development. The development team consists of 10 members in total, and the main technologies used in the new application include Angular (TypeScript), Spring Boot (Java), and MySQL. The role also involves enhancing and maintaining existing applications.
Through the work, you will be able to gain experience in modern web technologies, financial knowledge especially in structured products and experience in working in English. This role is working in our Web Operations team within Global Infrastructure Services, as part of a global team supporting the global organisation. The team consists of 8 persons with members in all 3 regions (APAC/Europe/Americas).
There is a complimentary Engineering team and the successful candidate will be expected to work very closely with this team to ensure a successful transition of run the bank (RTB) activities and on boarding of any new platforms and technologies.

Responsibilities：
The team’s primary focus is providing global operational support for the infrastructure technologies delivered from within the Web group which include:
Web Server infrastructure (external & internal) - TomEE/Tomcat, Spring Boot, IIS, Apache
Authentication/authorisation technologies, CMS technology
Web search - ELK stack

The role requires a high standard of investigation, problem solving ability and a technical background.
The candidate should also have some experience with Devops technologies.
The successful candidate will be expected to be able to respond to and resolve support issues in order to improve the services provided by the team and provide consultancy to development teams.
They will also be expected to contribute towards ongoing automation and continuous improvement of the existing services.
There will be an amount of direct interaction with the Engineering team to escalate recurring problems and feedback requirements that may require newly engineered solutions.

●Job/Group Overview:
The Incident Management role is three-fold, firstly it is to manage major Infrastructure related Incidents to minimize business impact, secondly to manage Post Mortem process with the Infrastructure Product Owners to ensure we not only mitigate the risk of re-occurrence but deal with underlying risks and thematic issues, and lastly conduct internal Service Review to constantly measure the quality of services and identify areas for improvement.

The successful candidate will work with colleagues in London and New York, reporting to the Global Head of Incident Management based in London. They will work in a follow-the-sun model to manage both regional and global incidents.

●Responsibilities:
◇Major Incident Management
・Managing major infrastructure incidents as the focal point, such as issues involving Network, Storage, Private/Public Cloud Platform impacting multiple applications and business users, or Day Zero vulnerability patching in response to Cyber threats, partnering with IT Security.
・Working collaboratively with Production Services organisation, who support the business applications interfaces with business users, to prioritise resolution and remediate the issue.
・Managing Senior IT management communications and expectations, both written and verbal throughout the lifecycle of an incident.
・Assisting Production Services, Senior IT management and other control functions such as Business Continuity Management with communications to internal stakeholders and external regulators.

◇Post Mortem
・Work collaboratively with the Infrastructure Product Owners to mitigate the risk of re-occurrence and ensure post mortem actions are addressed.
・Review Incidents to ensure risks and thematic do not exist across the broader platform. If issues identified, then ensure the risk is understood and accepted.

◇Service Reviews
・Conduct internal services reviews with Infrastructure to improve service levels and assist Product Owners with stakeholder service reviews.
・Conduct deeper analysis of our Incident data and other sources e.g. Change, Access to Production, Helpdesk tickets to identify areas to improve stability, improve services levels, reduce costs and/or streamline processes.
・Ensure Product owners adhere to the incident management standard and maintain the hygiene.

仕事内容
iOS, Androidアプリ開発業務全般を担っていただきます。
モバイル開発部門の立ち上げメンバーとしての募集のため、社内のビジネス部門との検討といった上流工程から携わっていただくことが可能です。
企画責任者や開発チームメンバーと対話を通じて要求事項を詳細化し、1〜2週間ごとにリリースするスピード感で開発を行います。
チーム開発手法のスクラムを採用しており、エンジニア：3〜5人が共同で1つのサービスを創り上げていきます。
※スキルや経験によっては、チームの中心で開発をリードしていただくことも可能です。
具体的な業務内容としては、プロダクトバックログ（要求）の詳細化、アプリケーションの設計と開発、テストコードの実装（単体テスト、結合テスト、システムテスト、画面テスト）、リファクタリング、ソースコードレビュー、顧客の声に応じたプロダクト改善の企画があります。
開発環境にはXcode、Android Studio、AWS、Docker、IntelliJ IDEA、Slack、Backlog、Strapなどが含まれます。

Cloud Servicesチームの一部であるPlatform and Cloud servicesチームは、パブリック/プライベートクラウド、コンピューティング (Linux/Windows)、コアインフラサービスなどのさまざまなサービスを担当しています。このチームは、平日と週末の両方でFollow the Sun Modelを使用して自社サービス製品のサポートを提供し、プロジェクトとアップグレードを実装します。

主な責任には次のものが含まれます。
1. 主に、RedHat Enterprise Linux OS、RHELクラスタリング、およびSatellite、Ansibleなどの関連プラットフォームサービスの技術的リーダーシップを提供します。
2. 上記のプラットフォームサービスに限らず、必要に応じて他のクラウドサービスも含めて、新しいサービスや改善を構築、テスト、提供します。
3. Follow-the-Sunサポートモデルの下で、インシデント発生時にグローバルに展開されているプラットフォームサービスのサービス復旧を監視および作業するオンサイトL2/L3サポートを提供するか、必要に応じてオンコールサポートを提供します。
4. ライフサイクルを通じてアプリケーションチームと連携し、信頼性と拡張性に優れたプラットフォームとクラウドサービスを提供します。
5. 運用リスクを修正または軽減するために手動の手順を自動化する機会または改善すべき領域を特定し、プラットフォームを効果的に管理するためのコーディングに直接貢献します。

業務内容は弊社サービスの開発/保守/運用となり、主に以下の2つがメインとなります。

＜プロジェクトの管理/担当（要件定義〜リリース）＞
要件の調整から設計、開発、テスト及びリリースまでの進捗、課題管理や成果物のレビュー等の品質管理。
※なお最初は自ら上記の工程を実施していただき開発の流れを把握していただく予定です。

＜各種システムの管理/保守/運用＞
各種システムの機能改善、不具合対応、バージョンアップ対応や各種マスタ更新などの案件管理。

弊社では担当しているサービスの成長に貢献するため、開発と保守/運用の担当を分断していません。このため自ら開発したシステムが、お客様に利用される状況を目の当たりにすることで、大きな達成感を得られます。

自社グループ各社で抱える課題の洗い出し、課題に対する最適なソリューション構築環境の企画・提案、プロジェクト化された案件の推進・管理(PM)を行います。
