Your key responsibilities:

Oversee a trading book and generate revenues and manage risk for the respective business
Coordinate with Sales, Research, other organizations across Investment Bank to develop the trading franchise
Work in close partnership with infrastructure partners
Adhere to all policies and procedures as defined by your role

Your skills and experience:

5 years of relevant experience in financial services
Strong understanding of Interest Rate Derivatives with advanced analytical and numerical competency
Good understanding of rates markets and macroeconomics in Japan
Ability to work in a team environment and self-manage priorities
Effective communication skills to interact with internal partners and clients
Role is required to be performed on-site at the Japan Office.
