仕事内容
1. Lead the facility department with stable operation as the primary goal.
2. Supervision and performance management of personnel in the facility department,including manage employees in the department, coordinate and integrate various projects to ensure the achievement of progress and tasks.
3. facility management (such as: equipment maintenance and management, facility planning and management).
4. Personnel management (ex: recruitment, training, assessment, labor relations coordination).
5. Production cost and operation target control and budget preparation.
6. Continuous introduction of innovative management thinking.
7. Implementation of the improvement plan for plant equipment and energy saving and waste reduction projects
8. Project management, control the progress of the project and implement it as scheduled
(Scope of change)There is a reassignment to the work specified by the Company.

必要スキル
●Minimum Qualifications
- Have more than 10 years experience in semiconductor factory or equivalent/similar background.
- Have practical experience in facility operation and management, or equivalent/similar background.
- Have ability to speak business level English and business level Japanese, conversational Chinese is a plus
- Have people management experience (more than 10 people team) , or equivalent/similar background.
●Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in engineering background or equivalent/similar background.
- Possess project management and communication and coordination skills.
- More than 5 years of construction site or engineering safety management experience.
- Have more than 10 years experience in semiconductor factory or equivalent/similar background.
- Have practical experience in facility operation and management, or equivalent/similar background.
- Have ability to speak business level English and business level Japanese, conversational Chinese is a plus
- Have people management experience (more than 10 people team) , or equivalent/similar background.
