|仕事内容||The Group will be a newly-established team to develop the infrastructure, establish reporting governance policies & procedures, and produce reports in-compliance with the Basel III liquidity reporting requirements.
The role offers a unique opportunity to engage in the development of the process at inception through to production responsibilities.
<1> Representing Finance, collate and provide business requirements, in-collaboration with Technology and Treasury to build the Liquidity reporting infrastructure.
-Co-ordinate with relative Project counterparties, in both domestic and international regions to define, develop, document and collate the business requirements during system design phase.
-Work with Treasury to understand the Regulatory requirements and interpretation of such requirements on a practical level.
-Analyse the firm’s systems so as to determine, execute and streamline data sourcing requirements.
-Design a tight control and reconciliation process to ensure a high-level standard quality of data for implementation.
-Proactively participate and contribute to the design and development of the Regulatory reporting platform for Liquidity reporting.
-Develop and implement a robust controls and governance framework around the Regulatory Liquidity reporting process.
<2> Regulatory reporting production
-Design insightful report to support the interpretation and validation of the external regulatory submissions.
-Attest on the accuracy of reporting outputs and escalate where there are key issues.
-Ensure well-documented processes and clearly-defined reporting policies and procedures.
-Fluent in English and Japanese (Mandatory)
-3 to 6 years of experience in Treasury, Regulatory Reporting and/or Product Control in an investment bank (Mandatory);
ideally in secured financing and or derivatives (preferred).
-Experience in regulatory capital and/or liquidity reporting (preferred).
-Professional qualification in a relevant financial field or strong depth of experience within the financial services industry (preferred).
-Proven track record of project delivery.
-Ability to lead analytical initiatives.
-Strong analytical skill set with the ability to contribute to a fast moving, rapidly changing environment.
-Strategic thinking and “out-of-the-box” mindset.
-Excellent inter-personal and presentation skills.
-Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks.
-Ability to influence all levels of seniority within Finance and ability to interact and develop good client relationships.
-Impactful personality who commands respect and has a good understanding of business as a whole.
-Self starter with the ability to define their own business objectives and drive change.
-Proven ability to work across a diverse pool of individuals across multiple cultures and nationalities.
