＜Responsibilities＞
当ポジションでは、仕組商品のエンジニアチームの開発リードとして、新規および既存アプリケーションのアジャイル開発を行っていただきます。新機能開発においては、ユーザー部署と近い位置で一緒にソリューションを考えていくことになります。チームの規模は合計4名で、既存のアプリケーションで使用している主な技術は、.NET (C#), Angular (TypeScript), MS SQL, Django(Python), F#, VBAです。
業務を通じて、モダンなWeb技術による開発経験、DevOpsパイプラインの経験、仕組債を中心とした金融の業務知識、英語を使った業務経験が得られ、また、担当業務とは別に、スキルの向上のための機会も準備されています。例えば、現在、部内ではオンラインの技術トレーニングが受けられたり、毎月10時間を自己研鑽に割り当てたりすることができます。

In this position, you will take on the role of development lead for the structured products engineering team, driving agile development for both new and existing applications. When developing new features, you will work closely with user departments, collaborating to design solutions. The team consists of 4 members, and the primary technologies used in existing applications include .NET (C#), Angular (TypeScript), MS SQL, Django (Python), F#, and VBA.
Through this role, you will gain hands-on experience in modern web technologies, exposure to DevOps pipelines, specialized knowledge of financial operations focused on structured notes, and opportunities to work in a bilingual environment where both Japanese and English are used. Additionally, beyond your core responsibilities, the department provides opportunities for skill enhancement, such as online technical training sessions and allocating up to 10 hours per month for self-development.

・開発チームのリード
・ユーザーとのコミュニケーション・要件分析
・上流・下流システムの開発チーム、インフラチームとのコミュニケーション
・アプリケーションの設計、開発、メンテナンス
・アジャイル開発
・DevOpsツールチェーンを利用したビルド・デプロイパイプライン・テストの自動化、継続的なモジュールの最新化、本番環境の見える化
・アーキテクチャ、ソースコード等成果物のレビュー
・リリース手順、仕組の作成・実施
・本番システム及びユーザサポート
・Leading the development team
・Communicating with users and performing requirements analysis
・Coordinating with upstream/downstream system development teams and infrastructure teams
・Designing, developing, and maintaining applications
・Conducting agile development processes
・Utilizing DevOps toolchains for build and deployment pipelines, test automation, continuous module updates, and monitoring production environments
・Reviewing deliverables such as architecture designs, source code, etc.
・Creating and executing release procedures
・Providing production system and user support

＜必須要件／Mandatory Requirements＞
・C#, Javaなど型安全なオブジェクト指向言語でのWebアプリケーションの開発経験（3年以上）
・SQLやRDBを利用した開発経験（3年以上）
・チームでの開発経験（3年以上）
・高いコミュニケーションスキル
・日本語は母国語またはそれに準じるレベル、英語はビジネスレベル
・At least 3 years of experience developing web applications using type-safe, object-oriented programming languages such as C# or Java
・At least 3 years of experience in development utilizing SQL and relational databases (RDB)
・At least 3 years of experience working in a team-based development environment
・Strong communication skills
・Native-level or equivalent proficiency in Japanese, and business-level proficiency in English
