Design and implement SAP Datasphere architecture integrating SAP and non SAP data sources
Define spaces, connectivity, federation, and replication patterns
Build a governed semantic layer and reusable data products for analytics and SAC
Establish standards for modeling, naming, security, lineage, and monitoring
Optimize platform performance and scalability for enterprise reporting
Lead build, test, cutover, and go live activities
Ensure operational handover with documentation and knowledge transfer

Required Qualifications & Experience
6 10+ years of experience in data architecture or data platform delivery roles
Strong hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere (or SAP Data Warehouse Cloud)
Proven experience integrating SAP and non-SAP data sources in enterprise landscapes
Solid understanding of analytical modeling, semantic layers, and data consumption patterns
Experience supporting production operations, performance tuning, and platform governance

Language & Communication Skills
Native-level fluency in Japanese and English is good to have
Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders

Preferred Skills
Experience working in retail or consumer-facing industries
Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) consumption patterns
Exposure to SAP BW/4HANA, SAP CAR, and legacy DWH environments
Experience working in large-scale, SI-led or multi-vendor transformation programs
