●Role Summary:
The Desktop Support Analyst is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service that reflects the
client-centric, quality-focused mission of the infrastructure organization. This is achieved through the direct
provision of remote and on-site support to end users. The analyst will interact with clients daily and
collaborate with other IT teams to understand and address support requests and requirements. While the
primary focus is end-user support, the analyst must also possess a foundational understanding of system
administration, network infrastructure, and project management.
●Duties and Essential Role Functions
Provide day-to-day IT infrastructure support for our Asia offices, with a focus on:
Client satisfaction
Service delivery quality
Technical excellence
The primary responsibility will be desktop support in a Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 environment.
Collaborate with IT Infrastructure team members across Asia offices to ensure full coverage of our
offices throughout the region.
Work closely with other Tokyo IT team members to resolve issues across a broad range of areas, including
applications, network, servers, email, and ad hoc requests.

Job Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues in
clear, understandable language.
English language proficiency required.
Japanese language proficiency preferred.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to work effectively with front-office users in a high-pressure environment.
Ability to work flexible hours, as some tasks must be completed outside of normal business hours
and communication with the New York counterpart may occur during Tokyo late evening hours.
Advanced desktop support skills in Windows 11, with demonstrated knowledge and proven
experience deploying and supporting Microsoft 365.
Proven experience supporting Citrix remote access systems and Microsoft Teams and Outlook
mobile applications on both iPhone and Android devices.
Foundational understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP protocols and networking services.
Prior experience at a financial services firm is preferred.
