仕事内容
This position is to:
・ Provide technical support to Asia users, including Markets colleagues in a
timely manner and regulatory application support
・ Provide technical information to Asia users for system outage and change
・ Aid with major deployments/implementations of new systems, sites,
practices, policies across Asia
・ Maintain Asia located devices and application, including BCP site
・ Provide Asia specific system information to global teams
・ Work closely with the other Technology staff in the global offices of the company to
continuously improve IT processes
Decisions made without checking beforehand with the supervisor:
Day-to-day reviews, recommendations, improvements
Major actions and decisions recommended to the supervisor for approval:

MAJOR CHALLENGES
What are the major challenges of the role
Manage expectation of users from various business areas
Build and maintain appropriate cost-effective service levels that meet business
requirement
Balance day-to-day service requirements against projects
Lead and manage improvement & change initiatives
Be innovative, and be able to quickly get abstract of ideas
As required
Deliver hands on technology support service to users in Asia.
Day-to-day operations including invoice validation and input to payment approval
systems
Raising of High-Severity Incident response requests for major technology
incidents.
Use technical expertise and judgement to define and implement technical
solutions that support business needs.
Assist or undertake IT project implementation work as required. Maintain
comprehensiveness and accuracy of IT support information.
Work closely with the line manager in the continuously improvement of IT service
operations and processes,
Work closely with peer Technology staff in Asia & Australia to implement &
manage local IT infrastructure and regulatory applications.
Execute IT related governance and management.
Provide input to line manager on technology resource requirements.
Rejection/Approval of local change implementation into the production
environment.

必要スキル
3-5 years’ experience in a Technology environment
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with PC hardware, mobile, tablet,
Zoom VC system, soft phone, and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners.
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience Windows OS, iOS and Microsoft 365.
Knowledge and preferably hands-on experience in Windows Server Operation
system, Active Directory, NetApp NAS filer and computer network.
Solid knowledge in ITIL service management standards and best practice
Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco, or similar technologies is a plus
Able to communicate fluently in English and local language.
Pro-active and forward thinking and analytical skills
Strong communication with stakeholders
Strong task completion focus, able to deliver to deadlines and complete what is
committed
Customer-oriented attitude
Desirable:
Tertiary qualification in Computer science/Information Security or a related field
●JOB SPECIFIC SKILLS
In-depth knowledge and technical know-how of information technology,
communication and networking technology and related products, Windows Server,
PC hardware and operation system, and SOE software.
Trouble-shooting skills for PC hardware, Windows Server, SOE software, NetApp
products.
●GENERAL SKILLS
・ Personal communication skills in English and local language.
・ Technology management skill and experience.
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with PC hardware, mobile, tablet,
