仕事内容

・お客様と日程の調整
・インドのメンバーと協力し、お客様のエンジニアを育成。
・研修で日本語を日常的に使用
・週次の会議で、コンテンツとプロジェクト成果物を作成
・プロジェクト全体の調整

【Job description】
・Daily co-ordination with customer
・Working along with Indian members for training customer engineers
・Daily usage of Japanese language in training
・Weekly connect with India members for content creation and project deliverables
・Overall project co-ordination

【Advantages of the positions】
It is a front ending role to interact and co-ordinate directly with customers

【Explain the department】
Software Training to customer members. 10 people working at onsite

【Staffing】
9 in Japan + 12 in India: 1 BP at onsite

必要スキル

【Required skills】
1. Good Japanese-English Bilingual Communication Skills
2. Provide technical support in activities to onsite projects teams
3. Co-ordination with International teams (Offshore teams)
4. Assessing project requirements & specifications with clients
5. Self-driven , self organized & motivated

【Nice-to-have skills】
Knowledge of Java / Android is good to have

【Language】
Bilingual
(Necessary scene)
Daily interaction with Indian team members and Japanese customers
