Japan Finance Change is a function within Finance COO, whose objective is to centrally oversee and support the delivery of Regional Finance projects, as well as Finance components of cross functional / cross regional projects. The team currently has an open position to support the overall Program Management Office for Japan Finance Change. The role will report to the Head of Japan Finance Change Team

チェンジチームはファイナンス企画推進部に所属しており、ジャパンファイナンスのプロジェクト、および他部門・他地域と協業して行うプロジェクトの監督とその遂行をサポートするチームです。現在はジャパンファイナンスのプロジェクト全体の管理を行う人員を募集しております。こちらのポジションは直接チェンジチームヘッドへレポートを行っていただきます。

●担当業務、責務：
The key responsibilities are:
・Project portfolio Management - Produce consolidated management reporting, including project highlights, RAG ratings, budget update, risks, scope change, etc. Also, ensure Firm’s project governance framework is applied consistently across all projects.
・PM Support - Support Project Managers with issue resolution and escalation. Provide broad PM support to ensure the project is delivered on time, on budget and as per defined scope, including meeting facilitation, preparation and presentation for senior management updates.
・Budgeting / Budget Control - Japan Investment spend budget coordination, working with Japan Fin COO / Functional leads and Cost Management team to identify and finalise the annual Japan Finance Change book of work. Ongoing tracking to ensure projects are delivered on budget
・Product/Project Management - Fulfill product owner, or PM role for Finance COO transform initiatives as and when required

●主な担当業務：
・プロジェクト・ポートフォリオ管理 - プロジェクトのハイライト、進捗状況、予算の状況、リスク、スコープの変更等を含む包括的なレポートの作成。　および、すべてのプロジェクトが当社のプロジェクト・ガバナンス・フレームワークに則って管理されていることの確認・サポート
・PMサポート - プロジェクトマネージャーがプロジェクトを期限や予算、スコープ通りに遂行できるような幅広いサポート（ミーティングの円滑化、シニアマネジメント・コミッティに対する報告作成など）の提供
・予算管理 - ファイナンスCOO、各部署・チームのリーダー、コストマネジメントチームと協業し、ジャパンファイアンスのプロジェクトの予算の策定、およびプロジェクトが予算内に達成されるための継続したトラッキング
・プロジェクト管理 - 必要に応じてファイナンスCOOのプロダクトオーナーやプロジェクトマネージャーとしての役割の遂行

●必須要件：
・PMO / Project Management experience required, minimum 3 years, ideally in a Financial Institution. Understanding of project lifecycle and related governance
・Strong coordination / organisational skills, with ability to independently drive delivery
・Excellent communicator, with good relationship skills. Able to operate at all levels, with both domestic and international counterparts
・English and Japanese language capability (at least business level)
・Strong analytical capability, with close attention to detail
・Management reporting experience (creation and production) preferred
・Microsoft Office skills, experience with digital workflow, reporting, development tools, e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, Python, etc.

・PMO/プロジェクト管理な経験 (最低3年間、金融機関における経験が理想的) 。プロジェクトのライフサイクルと関連するガバナンスの理解
・独立してプロジェクト遂行を可能とする能力をサポートする調整/組織スキル
・国内外や役職にとらわれない、優れたコミュニケーション能力と人間関係構築スキル
・少なくともビジネスレベルの英語と日本語能力
・詳細まで細心の注意を向けられる優れた分析能力
・管理レポート作成経験 (デザインと作成)
・Microsoft Officeのスキル、デジタルワークフローの経験、レポート作成、開発ツール (JIRA、Confluence、Power BI、Pythonなど)

●あれば尚可：
・Technology background, or Technology minded candidates preferred. Ability to utilise digital tools to automate process and increase controls / involvement in system related implementations would be a strong plus
・テクノロジーとしての実務経歴、またはテクノロジー志向の方歓迎。デジタルツールを利用したプロセスの自動化、システム関連の実装によるコントロールの強化等の経験がある方をお待ちしています。
