1. Program manage the activities, customer stakeholders, risk management
2. Understand the requirements, estimation from the global team and drive the execution of the project
3. Coordinate communications with customer and global teams for program related activities
4. Participate in MES & Shopfloor Maturity Assessment
5. Identify and propose of customer startegy and drive the program for its success
6. Support local Japan operations team
7. RFI/RFP/RFP proposal preperation, proactive pre-sales & solution demonstration

●WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
1. 10 15 years of domain experience in the discrete manufacturing industry in production management with experience in MES S/W development across multiple industries. (One or more of industries like Automotive /Aerospace/Life Sciences / Heavy Equipment / Semiconductor)
2. Experience in large transformations program management - ERP, Manufacturing etc
3. Industry knowledge of the challenges and the processes from execution perspective
4. Knowledge of MES tools and processes and understanding of software deployment and services delivery strategies (Agile/DevOps, Waterfall etc.)
5. Strong analytical and commercial experience, excellent communication (written and verbal in English) and client facing skills
