大手証券会社での中途採用担当（コーポレート）の求人

人材開発部採用グループは、人事部門に所属しており、当社の新卒・中途採用業務を行っております。とりわけホールセール、コーポレート部門では、専門性の高い即戦力人材/優秀な人材獲得のため、中途採用に力を入れており、中途採用担当を募集します。
チームは現在7名で、お互いが助け合いボリュームある採用案件を対応しています。

Talent Acquisition Group at Our Company is responsible for both new grads and lateral recruitment for Nomura Securities Japan. The lateral recruitment team is looking for a new member to support the strategic hiring demands that are on the rise.
There are 7 in the team and we all work and support each other to meet the high volume business needs.

●Responsibilities
ホールセール、コーポレート部門中途採用担当者として、一連の採用業務を行っていただきます。
・採用活動準備　（JDの掲載、採用部店でのニーズヒアリングとソリューションの提供、アドバイス）
・ダイレクトリクルーティング
・書類選考、面接
・オファーにかかる事項（オファー条件の提示、問い合わせ対応等）
・人材紹介エージェントとのやり取り
※これまでのご経験、スキル等をふまえて、担当部門を決めさせていただくことになります。

●You will be responsible for (but not limited to)
・Hiring strategy (JD creation, close communication with the hiring managers, utilizing various hiring tools including direct sourcing options, etc.)
・Screening and interviews
・Offer meetings
・Vendor management
*Depending on the experiences and skills, your coverage will be determined.

●必須要件
・3年以上の採用業務経験（人材紹介会社、インハウス問わず） もしくは人事業務経験
・日常業務を丁寧且つ正確に執行することができる業務処理能力
・高い水準の職業倫理、コンプライアンス意識
・関係各部と連携しながら業務を遂行するコミュニケーション能力、チームワークを大切にする姿勢
・イレギュラーな事項にも臨機応変に対応する柔軟性
・既存のプロセスをいかに効率的にできるかという change agent 的なマインドセット
・ネイティブレベルの日本語
・ビジネスレベルの英語（あれば尚可）

・Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience (agency side / inhouse) or experience in related HR functions
・Attention to details and accuracy in operational tasks/logistics
・Understanding of the industry and of the needs for compliance and ethical requirements/standard
・Flexibility with change agent mind-set to improve processes
・Excellent communication skills and collaboration /teamwork skills
・Native level Japanese
・Business level English preferred but not mandatory
