仕事内容
【Responsibilities】
・Produce online course content, including scenarios, slides, scripts, quizzes, and other supplemental materials in collaboration with faculty members
・Adapt existing course content to the online medium
・Research best practices for online courses
・Actively contribute to meet enrollment, completion, and satisfaction goals

必要スキル
【Required】
・3+ years of experience in educational content or training design
・Knowledge of effective pedagogical practices
・Experience working independently and proactively in a dynamic environment
・Experience managing and delivering multiple projects at the same time
・Native English ability with strong writing skills
・Intermediate Japanese ability both written and spoken (JLPT N2 or above preferred)
【Preferred】
・Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Business, or related field
・Working knowledge of MBA-level business curriculum
・Graphic design and video production skills, including Adobe Illustrator and Premiere Pro
