機能横断かつ部門横断のプロジェクトチームの一員として、当社のグローバルサービス全体を支援する重要なITシステムを管理していただきます。米国、欧州、東南アジアにキャンパスを持つグローバルなビジネススクールとして、トップクラスのMBAプログラムに加え、定額制のeラーニングや企業研修など、幅広いサービスを提供しています。
具体的には、Salesforce CRMシステムおよび独自の学習管理システムの管理、メンテナンス、開発、最適化を牽引し、グローバルな営業およびマーケティング活動の最適化、クラス運営の改善、そして学生や教員の満足度向上に貢献していただきます。ハードスキルとソフトスキル、アルゴリズム的思考と戦略的思考、そしてビジネスの戦略的な観点からITをマネジメントしたいエンジニアにとって、刺激的で挑戦的な役割です。エンジニアがエンジニアリングを超えてビジネスの成功に直接影響を与えたいという志向を持つ方に適しています。

【主な役割は以下の通り】
●メンテナンス：ユーザーアカウントのメンテナンス、データクリーニング、Apexコードのデバッグ、トラブルシューティングなどの管理機能を担当していただきます。
●新しい開発：システムの最適化や改善のための新しいアイデアを提案していただきます。スタッフメンバーが直面するビジネス問題を理解し、解決策を設計・実装していただきます。
●ベンダー管理：ベンダーに要件を伝え、提案を確認、リスクを評価し、テストを実施の上、開発スケジュール全体を管理していただきます。
●トレーニングとナレッジ共有：新しいシステムユーザーをトレーニングし、チーム/部門のITスキル向上と、システム導入全般をサポートしていただきます。
大学院部門と他のチーム/部門、およびサードパーティのSalesforce開発コンサルタントとの技術連絡役をご担当いただきます。
ドキュメンテーションやSOPを作成し、スタッフメンバーのためのベストプラクティスガイドラインを策定していただきます。

As a member of a cross-functional and cross-division project team, you will play a crucial role in managing our IT systems that support our entire global ecosystem of services. As a truly global business school with campuses in the US, Europe and Southeast Asia, we offer a range of exciting services beyond our top-notched MBA program, including subscription-based e-learning and corporate training.
In this role, you will lead the administration, maintenance, development, and optimization of our Salesforce CRM system and proprietary learning management system, contributing directly to the growth of our global sales and marketing efforts, enhancing classroom operations, and ultimately delivering exceptional customer satisfaction to our students and faculty members. It is an exciting and challenging role that requires a unique blend of hard and soft skills, algorithmic and strategic thinking, and the drive to manage IT from a strategic business perspective. It is suitable for engineers who aspire to go beyond engineering and to make a real impact on the success of a business.

【Your responsibilities will include】
●Maintenance: handle administrative functions including user account maintenance, data cleanup, Apex code debugging, troubleshooting and other routine tasks as needed
●New development: propose new ideas to optimize and improve the systems. Understand business problems faced by staff members and design and implement solutions
●Vendor management: communicate requirements to vendors, review their proposals, assess risk, conduct tests and manage development schedule.
●Training & Knowledge Sharing: train new users and help the team/division to increase their IT skills and overall adoption
Work as the technical liaison between our division and other our teams/divisions, as well as our third-party Salesforce development consultants
Write documentation/SOPs and implement best practice guidelines for others to follow

【必須要件／Required】
・ソフトウェアエンジニアまたはシステムエンジニアとしての5年以上の経験
・プログラミングスキル（HTML / Javascript（jQuery）、Java、SQL、PHPなど）
・複雑な技術的およびビジネス上の問題を解決するための分析能力および問題解決能力
・様々なステークホルダーからの多様な要件を管理するための優れたコミュニケーションスキルとリーダーシップスキル
・高いセルフモチベーション。自律し、結果を出すことに熱心であり、データを活用して意思決定を行うことに興味がある
・ビジネスレベルの日本語力（N2）
・英語能力：中級以上（TOEIC 800点以上）
・当社の事業、企業理念に対する強い興味関心がある方
・学歴要件：高校・高専・専修・短大・大学・大学院卒

・Over 5 years experience as a software engineer or a system engineer
・Programming skills (You will deal with HTML / Javascript (jquery), Java, SQL, Php)
・Analytical and problem-solving abilities to resolve complex technical and business issues
・Great communication and leadership skills as you will have to manage diverse requirements from various stakeholders
・Self-motivation. You must be self-motivated, driven to see results, and be intrigued by the use of data to inform decisions.
・Japanese proficiency: fluent or equivalent,and JLPT N2 or equivalent
・English ability: intermediate or higher (TOEIC 800 points or more)
・Have a strong interest in our business and our way

【歓迎要件／Preferred】
・CRMまたは類似のアプリケーションの開発において、要件定義からテストまでのソフトウェア開発サイクルに精通していること
・Salesforceの管理および開発の経験（Salesforce認定資格はさらにプラス）
・システムエンジニアまたはプロジェクトマネージャーとしての中規模 大規模ITプロジェクト（30人月以上）の経験
・デジタルマーケティングおよびWeb解析ツール（Google Analyticsなど）の一般的な知識
・PHPを使用したWordPressのカスタマイズ経験
・MBA（経営学修士）またはその他修士号

・Experienced full software development cycles (from requirement definition to testing) in developing CRM or similar applications
・Experience in Salesforce administration and development. Salesforce certifications are a plus.
・Experience in mid-large scale IT projects (more than 30 man-months) as a system engineer or project manager
・General knowledge of digital marketing and web analytics tools (Google Analytics etc.)
・WordPress customization experience using PHP
・MBA or Masters degree
