【部門の役割】
・システム開発の基礎を理解し、社内システム開発案件に貢献する
・最新の技術知識を実践の中で身に付け、高速かつ高品質な開発を実践する
・システム開発案件に参画し、Agile開発運営をけん引する
・開発者人材管理を行い、社内における開発全体の品質の確保、開発能力の向上に寄与する
・社内システム開発プロジェクト運営の一員となり、プロジェクトを完了まで支援する
・Understand the basics of system development and contribute to system development projects.
・Acquire the latest technical knowledge in practice and practice high-speed and high-quality development.
・Participate in system development projects and lead Agile development and management.
・Conduct developer human resource management, ensure the quality of overall development , and contribute to the improvement of development capabilities.
・Become a member of the system development project management and support the project until completion.

【必須】
・英語スキル（目安：ビジネス使用経験、TOEIC800点程度）
・IT、デジタルに興味を持ち、簡単なプログラムの作成やWebシステムの構築に触れたことがある
・IT、デジタルの可能性を理解し、未来の会社をけん引し引き上げる原動力となるマインドを持つ

・Interested in IT and digital, and experienced in creating simple programs and building web systems.
・Understand the possibilities of IT and digital technology, and have the mindset to be the driving force in the future.

・IPA基本情報処理
・IPAプロジェクトマネージャー
・Azure関連資格
・AWS関連資格
・PMP、Scrumマスタ関連資格

Candidate with at least one of the below qualifications will be preferred:
IPA basic information processing, IPA project manager, Azure-related qualifications, AWS-related qualifications, PMP, Scrum master-related qualifications
