Responsibilities:
・Assist in the preparation of proposals, information memorandum and investor presentations.
・Conduct market research, financial valuation, discounted cash flow and multiples based analyses and financial due diligence.
・Contribute to transaction execution and provide market intelligence to key team members.
・Coordinate scheduling and materials for client meetings and investor roadshows.

Key skills and knowledge areas required:

・Undergraduate or Post Graduate Degree in Real Estate, Economics or Finance. A strong academic record and demonstrated interest and enthusiasm in the asset class real estate.
・Experience from a reputable investment bank, private equity firm or top tier strategy consultancy with direct exposure to real estate sector.
・Understanding of financial accounting, real estate finance and property valuation.
・Strong quantitative, analytical and financial modelling skills.
・Minimum business level Japanese & English ability
・Exhibits confidence, self-motivation, hard-working, driven maturity and independence.
・Strong attention to detail and able to multi-task and work under pressure.
・Possess excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
