仕事内容
●Become the gatekeeper between the brand creative team and various business areas.
●Manage multiple briefs across external and internal platforms ensuring effective delivery and a consistent brand experience.
●Develop detailed project plans that demonstrate timelines, resources and deliverable.
●Help develop clear brand and product strategy that delivers growth for the brand.
●Manage complex stakeholder relationships and influence senior management both within Japan and globally.
●Manage existing brand portfolio ensuring the business follows the brand guidelines.
●Project manage the delivery of new brands and products for Japan.
●Proactively working with different areas of the business to develop tools and templates they can use to ensure a consistent brand across all touch points.
●Help embed a brand approval process within the business.
●Work with the transformation team on hotel development defining brand touch points for each hotel and briefing in the creative team to create mock-ups.

KEY SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION:
●Proven brand management skills across multiple channels.
●Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and Google Docs.
●In depth understanding of creative processes and timings.
●A passion for understanding our consumers from a B2B and B2C point of view.
●Demonstrable project management experience within a creative environment.
●Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with conflicting priorities.
●Experience in planning, delivering and tracking detailed and evolving projects.
●Ability to take as well as challenge stakeholder briefs outlining achievable timings and clearly passing on details to creative teams.
●Highly organised.
●An understanding of branding and the importance of a coherent and consistent brand experience.
●Incredible attention to detail.
●Proven brand management skills across multiple channels.
