仕事内容

Job/Group Overview:
The IT Infrastructure department, also known as Group Infrastructure Services (GIS), is responsible for the implementation, deployment and support of technology infrastructure products and services including private and public cloud, desktops, messaging and collaboration tools, voice communications, mobile, multimedia, data centres and networks across the Group of companies.
Within GIS, the Office Infrastructure section in our Tokyo headquarters is looking for a desktop support team lead across our Global Markets (GM) sales and trading departments.

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Japan regional head of desktop support, the person in this position will be running a mid-sized team which looks after end user support and the stable operation of multiple trading floors in our Otemachi headquarters building and related business continuity sites.

必要スキル

Requirements:
A successful applicant for this position will have related end user support experience in the financial services industry, be comfortable communicating in both English and Japanese, knows how to run a managed service vendor team, and have an ambassador’s mindset to be the bridge between IT and the GM business.

・Desktop related end user support knowledge
  User account management joiners, leavers, transfers
  Productivity applications Microsoft 365 Office, Outlook, Edge, etc.
  Operating systems Windows 10, Windows 11, iOS
  Platforms physical workstation, desktop in datacenter, laptop, iPhone
  Security patching, version upgrades
・Financial services-related
  Trader voice (BT/IPC turret) and voice recording (Verint/NICE) exposure
  Market data and execution platform awareness
  Sales and trading business concepts
・Team management
  Vendor selection, candidate screening, cost negotiations
  Daily direction of tasks, KPIs, KRIs
・Incident, change and problem management
  Service Now or similar ticketing system
  Change approvals managing urgency versus risk
・Stakeholder communication
  Product marketing, requirements gathering, incidents, negotiating maintenance windows
  Fielding and resolving escalations from within the team and from the business

<Languages>
・English:advanced level to native written and verbal
・Japanese:advanced level to native written and verbal
