The candidate will be placed under the finance function with responsibilities including:

・Developing financial models and providing financial forecasts.
・Prepare reports and projections based on financial data.
・Exploring different investment opportunities.
・Analyzing current and historical financial data.
・Managing foreign currency exposure and foreign currency payments.
・Forecasting of mid and long-term funding and hedging requirements.
・Interacting with investor, government, and bank clients and negotiating business agreements.
・Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business initiative and projects.
・Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
・Handle special projects assigned and collaborate with corresponding teams.

●Minimum Qualifications
・Bachelor’s in finance, economics, accounting, business, or related major is required.
・5+ years of working experience in a corporate finance setting.
・Experience in financial forecasting and trend analytics.
・Self-motivated with an innately curious personality and a desire to learn.
・Ability to work independently with accuracy and in a timely manner.
・Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
・Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
・Excellent Japanese language proficiency
・Effective communication and interpersonal skills with good oral and written ability in either English or Mandarin.
・Skilled in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

●Preferred Qualifications
・Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) and Chartered Financial Analysts (CFAs) are preferred.
・MBA or a Master’s in finance is a plus.
・SAP experience is a plus.
