The Group is responsible for helping our institutional clients strengthen their businesses with the goal of providing better outcomes for investors. It primarily serves the following client segments: retail banks, private banks, wealth management firms, insurance companies, asset managers and asset owners.

The Role: Seeks a highly motivated Sales Specialist to grow data analytics platform. Aligned with the Business Development reps for those accounts, you will work opportunistically to deepen our footprint . This role covers opportunities in Japan and the position is based in our Tokyo office.

Responsibilities:
Exceed growth targets.
Work with Business Development to bring our products opportunities from trial to close.
Identify new business groups and opportunities within the accounts, and work to replicate success across the team.
Employ winning strategies to maintain and grow adoption of our products and leverage the installed user base to deploy additional solutions.
Master product demonstrations and knowledge of product capabilities and benefits.
Develop growth plans for accounts and territory.
Document daily activities in SalesForce

Requirements:
Candidates should have 5+ years of business development, client service consultant (CSC) and/or account management experience in the finance and investment industry.
Proven track record of exceeding prior targets.
Hands-on, organized individuals who can build long-term client relationships.
Strong leadership, long-range planning, and time-management skills are essential.
Excellent English verbal and written communication abilities and the ability to deliver professional and persuasive presentations.
Ability to understand complex investment requirements.
A bachelor`s degree required; MBA or CFA a plus.
