●Your key responsibilities:

・Monitoring and, where necessary, controlling the long and short position in cooperation with APAC and Global team
・Providing relevant advice to stakeholders related to Employee Compliance in cooperation with APAC and Global team

Knowledge on financial regulation and experience in financial industry (ones related to EQ business are preferable)
Good communication skills - both verbal / writing and Japanese / English with colleagues of the Group including APAC and Global team and regulators such as FSA, JSDA and JPX.
Basic Calculation skills using MS Excel
Ability to work as a team player and have good communication skills
Ability to work unsupervised and take initiative to team tasks, supporting other team members
Willingness to be involved in team as well as departmental projects
Native Japanese and fluent in English (both written and verbal)
Skills in Microsoft office, EXCEL, WORD etc
