※Those who are in charge of IT operations but who are interested in bank back office operations in the future

Key Responsibilities :
●Manage all daily operations and resolve issues/problems/system troubles properly, contacting Head Office system support desk
●Control Midas+ system operation, including EOD processing
●System password controlling (Changing powerful ID password)
●Control new user ID setup
●Control user ID update (reactivation/deletion of user ID, etc.)
●Control system security duties
●Coordinate IT projects and initiatives in areas of network infrastructure, data communication, network security, data centre management and disaster recovery.
●Participate in the planning and implementation and maintenance of new computer equipment, storage systems and telephony
●Maintain computer room in a safe manner and all safety procedures are followed.
●Review and update IT operation manual
●Maintain the operating system, including identifying and applying patches and upgrades as required for standalone PC/servers
●Ensure the required level of security of both the operating system and software application is maintained in accordance with bank’s security policy
●Manage data security, software and licence control
●Assist Operations Manager in reviewing system security for Midas Plus
●Ad-hoc IT related project

＜Qualifications and skills＞
●University graduate with degree
●Business English Level - Speaking, Writing, Listening
●Business Japanese level
●It administration experience
