There is a growing demand for migrating from existing groupware systems such as Notes, as well as other customized internal workflow tools, to ServiceNow and other workflow-related services and solutions. Additionally, the need for operational advancement through the implementation of ServiceNow is increasing. We anticipate that customer expectations for standardization and optimization using ServiceNow will continue to grow, and to further strengthen our support for clients, the company is seeking talent in this area.

In projects considering migration from existing groupware and tools to platforms like ServiceNow, you will lead the initiative from a technical perspective, including proposal activities such as solution planning and migration execution. For delivery projects, your primary role will be to serve as the technical lead throughout the build process from requirements definition to migration. (You may also be involved in projects related to concept development.)

Required Skills
・Leadership experience in projects involving the implementation and deployment of ServiceNow or other workflow systems
・Experience across all phases of system implementation and build projects (from initiation to completion)
・General project management skills
・Strong communication skills, including the ability to negotiate and coordinate directly with customer leaders and collaborate across organizational boundaries
・Team-building capabilities

Preferred Skills
・Experience in upstream processes such as concept planning
・ServiceNow-related certifications
・Project management certifications such as PMP
・Business-level English proficiency
