Lead end to end delivery of the Data & Analytics workstream within large retail transformation programs
Align analytics scope, priorities, and milestones to merchandising, supply chain, store operations, and finance outcomes
Drive governance across business, system integrators, and vendors, managing risks, dependencies, and decisions
Facilitate workshops to define enterprise KPIs, reporting requirements, and fit to standard solutions
Ensure data readiness through validation, reconciliation, and sign off across SIT, UAT, cutover, and hypercare
Act as the primary bridge between business and technical teams
Strong stakeholder management with JP/EN communication across onshore and offshore teams

Required Qualifications & Experience
8+ years of experience in data & analytics delivery, preferably in large-scale retail or consumer-facing transformations
Proven experience leading data and analytics workstreams within complex, multi-vendor programs
Strong understanding of retail data domains (e.g., sales, inventory, supply chain, finance)
Hands-on experience with data validation, reconciliation, test cycles, and cutover readiness
Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders and drive decisions in matrix organizations

Language & Communication Skills
Native-level fluency in Japanese and English is good to have
Comfortable leading bilingual workshops, steering committees, and cross-border teams

Preferred Skills
Experience with ERP, data platforms, or cloud analytics solutions
Familiarity with agile and/or hybrid delivery methodologies
Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work under ambiguity
