We are looking for a skilled and proactive Senior Data Center Project
Director to oversee the end-to-end build-out of our data center projects, responsible for overseeing
the planning, execution, and completion of complex projects against the contractual commitments.
The role involves leading project teams, setting project objectives, managing resources -and subcontractors, mitigating risks, ensuring project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget
constraints, and communicating project progress to stakeholders.
The individual would have a track record of senior leadership and demonstrate success in managing
large scale projects. You should have industry knowledge, adequate technical depth in the execution
and delivery of data centers and have the executive presence to lead complex and time sensitive
initiatives, building credibility with both internal and external stakeholders.


Responsibilities
Deliver against contractual commitments, develop comprehensive project plans,
considering, timeframes, budgets, resources, quality and potential risks.
Maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders involved in the project, including
customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Effectively manage stakeholder expectations throughclear communication andregular progress
updates.
Address stakeholder concerns and navigate challenging situations with diplomacy and
professionalism.
Motivateandinspire teammembers,fosteringa collaborative andresults-orientedwork
environment.
Provide strategicdirection throughouttheprojectlifecycle,making crucialdecisions and
adapting strategies as needed.
Assemble and lead high-performingprojectteams,delegating tasks effectively and
ensuring clear communication channels.
Facilitate effective communication between teammembers, stakeholders, and
customers, fostering transparency and buy-in throughout the project.
Proactively identify and assess potential risks that may hinder project progress.
Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address identified risks and minimize their impact.

Effectively troubleshoot andsolveproblems that ariseduring the project,finding creative
solutions andmaking sound decisions under pressure.
Manage project budgets efficiently, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and within budget
constraints.
Closely monitor project progress againstinitial plans, identifyingdeviations andtaking
corrective actions as needed.
Generate comprehensive reports summarizingprojectprogress, performance metrics,
and potential challenges for stakeholders.
Utilize project managementtools and software to trackprogress, manage resources, and collaborate effectively with team members

Education:
o Bachelor’sDegree or equivalent Engineering degree or equivalent
Experience:
o 8+ years ofproject management and facility design/development experience
o Experience managing large scale construction or datacenter infrastructure projects
Expertise:
o Mix of technical and program management skills and experience Strong interpersonal,
communication and presentation skills
o Advanced exposure and knowledge of / datacenter construction / engineering, selfmotivated, confident working at a senior executive level and comfortable working in a
matrixed organization
o Subject matter expertise on key functional areas of Data Center development,
construction, or building automation systems
