・Develop and implement the business plan including both defensive and value accretive renovations when required.
・Tailor made international standard reporting addressing investors priorities and preferences.
・Overseeing accounting, tax filing and distribution to investors.
・Overseeing monthly/quarterly/annual and ad-hoc reporting for Special Purpose Companies (SPCs)
・Support for deal closing such as acquisitions and dispositions of assets
・Lead start-up process for new projects and ad hoc requests.
・Manage reporting process including setting up templates and schedule.
・Review works prepared by team members and complete processes and projects.
・Serve as the primary finance contact for joint partners, lenders and auditors
・Prepare and present financial reports and investment updates to senior management and investors
・Enhance internal controls and financial processes related to SPC management
・Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards
・Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including financial institutions, investors, attorney and other business partners.Manage the financial structure and lifecycle of SPCs, including set up, funding, and dissolution
・Coordinate with legal, tax, and compliance teams to ensure SPCs meet regulatory requirements
・Monitor and report on SPC performance, risks, and covenant compliance
・Provide interest payment, DSCR, ICR, LTV and other required reports to Lender
・Calculating waterfalls and capital account allocations
・Reviewing and preparing of capital calls and distributions
・Asset Management Fee calculation and invoicing
・Accounting query resolution
・Client and regulatory reporting
・Support senior executives of APJ for any ad-hoc projects and requests.
・Lead and mentor a team of asset management staff managing SPCs
・Provide process improvement suggestions to optimize operational workflows.
・Perform other related duties as needed

●Requirements
5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate, SPC management, investment firms, Bank and Trust Bank.
Microsoft skills including PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Japanese: Native (required), English: reading and writing skills required for documentation and communication.
Strong financial analysis capabilities and experience managing budgets
