仕事内容
●Summary of Role:
Develop and drive a sustainable and value adding client and market focused marketing strategy for financial services, aligned to the Japan FS strategy.
・ Working with the Japan Clients & Markets Director to develop the marketing strategy that is aligned with the Japan FS business strategy and capabilities as well as meaningful to clients so that it enhances the position and profile of the FS practice in Japan.
・ Working with the Japan FS leadership team take the lead in providing proactive marketing advice in developing and delivering sustainable client based marketing programmes that enhance the overall client relationship and revenue generating opportunities. Ensure that marketing plays an integrated role in the delivery of the firm to our Priority Accounts to help win work and influence the winning of work.
・ Act as the territory point of contact for the FS industry for KM and Marketing
・ Facilitate knowledge sharing behaviours & processes throughout the FS network, in particular local client teams, Big Bets and FS sectors
・ Deliver, maintain & communicate key territory content and add value to the proposal process
・ Embed Spark to improve networking & collaboration as well as facilitate and enable usage of global tools in the territory
・ Support Global FS KM on strategic themes simplification, refinement & improvement and education & awareness across all KM activities listed above

必要スキル
●FS marketing or knowledge management professional with at least 8 years experience
・ A thorough knowledge of marketing best practice will need to be demonstrated and applied, tailored to meet the requirements of internal and external clients at all time.
・ Working knowledge of the key drivers and issues in the FS sector is desirable.
・ Ability to maintain an open and creative approach to deliver innovative and achievable marketing and KM programmes.
・ Ability to lead and inspire confidence in one’s ability, while being commercially minded, confident and self-motivated.
・ Proven project management skills are required, as you will be required to prioritise competing project activities and deliver a first class service to a broad range of clients.
・ Good communications skills, both in Japanese and English.
・ Sound confident judgement and well-developed influencing skills are required to analyse and debate business issues, agree actions, and provide tailored marketing solutions in response.
・ Excellent interpersonal and client management skills will be required in order to develop and maintain internal relationships with key clients.
・ Ability to sustain a high profile and develop a network of contacts within the firm on a global basis.
・ Diplomacy, pragmatism as well as political and cultural sensitivity
・ A thorough knowledge of marketing best practice will need to be demonstrated and applied, tailored to meet the requirements of internal and external clients at all time.
