仕事内容
＜Job Description＞
Successful candidates in this career track will drive growth by building on a base of experience and insights into the business of our multinational Life Sciences clients to further cultivate market insights and increase market share for the firm. Furthermore the Manager and Senior Manager in our life sciences practice will play a variety of roles across the sales and delivery value chain ranging from lead generation, serving as a part of the proposal engagement team, to project management on the client site.
Other responsibilities will include:
・Project Execution
・Lead generation, manage the proposal engagement process
・Create proposals that offers solutions to complex business problems for our clients, where an in depth analysis of organizational goals and objectives is critical.

必要スキル
・Strong understandings of industry value chain, business processes and regulations
・Large scale project management experience in Life Science industry (global project, SAP experience is plus)
・Cross border project experience, bi-lingual/bi-cultural
・Strong leadership skills and a proven track record in team development, mentoring, and conflict resolution.
・Excellent interpersonal skills / communication (written and oral) skills, and ability to work as a team player.
・Business Development experience (managers and above)
・Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and etc.)
Preferred skills
PMP
Comfortable with ambiguity, and quickly growing organization
CPA
M.S.
