The Global Corporate Media Manager will be a strategic thinker and action-oriented communications professional, with excellent journalistic skills, a strong collaborative bent, great project management skills and experience in complex and dynamic global organizations. This is a position that will require the successful candidate to develop and guide Our online corporate media presence, including responsibility for development and management of corporate properties such as the Our corporate blog, corporate social media accounts, as well as strategic advice to senior management on development of their online presence and close collaboration with the global Our group companies on development and sharing of content. Corporate owned media strategy and development, including expansion of Our online corporate media presence in order to raise awareness and influence perception of Our global corporate brand
Strategic counsel and subject matter expertise to business units globally on Our online corporate media presence
Work closely with global business units to uncover and develop content in line with strategic objectives
Work with external partners on strategic planning and content development, including partners such as Football club team, Professional basketball team and NBA
Develop and manage online voice and responsive editorial calendar for Our corporate blog and corporate social media accounts
Manage external and internal collaborators and production resources, including freelance talent and agency relationships
Foster professional development of the team, across English and Japanese corporate communications channels
Monitor new technology and media developments and benchmark against best-in-class corporate media.
・ Deep understanding of communications in a changing digital environment: ability to fully leverage digital and social media channels
