As a GL/AP Staff, you will work closely with other team members on the following tasks such as (but not limited to);

-Set invoices up for payment and process electronic transfer and payments
-Track expenses and process expense reports
-Reconcile accounts payable transactions and maintain vendor files
-Journal entries and general ledger operations
-Monthly & year-end closing (both Management book and Statutory book)
-Cash flow monitoring and management
-Balance sheet reconciliation and PL analysis
-Statutory matters (assistance to Board Meeting, Shareholder meeting and so on)
-Tax filing / tax audit
-Timely cash collection by helping CS team
-Cash application
-Treasury and bank relations
-Global funding management
-Report preparation for executives / leadership team
-Financial process optimization
-Collaboration with GDS (offshore service center) or other finance functions
-Financial training/orientation to CS team
-Ad-hoc projects

-Business English capabilities
-Knowledge on JGAAP and/or IFRS
-Strong financial acumen and the ability to understand commercial drivers of engagement performance
-Exceptional written and oral presentation skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and articulate manner
-Proven ability to build credibility and trust with senior stakeholders
-Proactive approach to work and the ability to anticipate the needs of the business and deliver accordingly
-Ability to adjust to fast-moving environment and willingness to work in multicultural networks
-5 years of experience in relevant fields such as general accounting, account receivable/payable, banking, tax, and so on
-Experience in professional service firm, or sophisticated IT skill (database, programming, macro/VBA etc.) is a plus
-(not mandatory) Finance / accounting major in undergraduate or graduate level education
-Professional certification (USCPA, JCPA, Zeirishi, Boki 1st grade or above, etc.) is not required, but a plus
