仕事内容
・List up for civil requirement and TO DO based on specification
・Make investigation plan like soil and topo and manage to control their output and schedule
・Make civil design specification like earthwork plan and drainage plan for external design company and manage for their output and schedule
・Make RFQ documentation for Civil work and Rack work
・Review subcontractor’s quotation and negotiate with subcontractor
・Make specification documentation for contract with subcontractor
・Site Inspection during construction and provide countermeasure for site issue
・Communicate with team member and customer and make PJ successfully

必要スキル
●Experiences needed
・More than 3 years’ experience with structure designer for structure design
・Preferable if you have experience with reneable field
・Management for investigation, Design, Cost Estimation and inspection for construction
●Qualifications
・Driver’s License
・Native level of Japanese
