Unlike our competitors that have dedicated analytics team that are designed to support front line staff and have little interaction with clients, we are expected to be client facing as we want our most technically advanced team challenging our clients to take new approaches to traditional problems.

We are presently seeking to recruit 1 senior manager (or potentially manager) class person to join the team as well as 2 senior consultant team members.
Experience: 8+ years’ experience working for a data driven company / consulting firm / Big 4 with focus on analysis of data. Specifically:
・Experience in advising clients on use of data as part of a due diligence exercise or strategic financial / operational initiatives
・Experienced in the use of big data to identify trends
・Ability to communicate technical concepts in an easy to understand manner to non-technical people
・Understanding of statistics and ability to use statistics to support data driven insights
・Understanding of financial measures and core accounting concepts

Skills:
・Must have very advanced skills with Alteryx / Power BI.
・Must be a native Japanese speaker - English is helpful but not mandatory.
・Must be able to work with a wide group of people and committed to supporting a Diverse & Inclusive work environment
・A hunger / passion to learn
