仕事内容

- Runtime troubleshooting and request handling for customer vehicles mostly related to FOTA Campaigns.
- To support adhoc requests from client to explain/share the requested data
- Regular report generation in multiple formats as per expectations - daily/weekly/monthly/quaterly
- Communicate with stakeholders for resolution of identified issues/defects

Connected Vehicle Platform is ever expanding domain to be involved that would help the candidate to explore and achieve new heights in their career

必要スキル

【Required skills】
- Excellent Analytical and Data Monitoring Skill
- Accuracy and perfection to handle and execute bulk data
- Command in Excel and Report Preparation
- Good Co-ordination with different Stakeholders ,Offshore & Onshore team
- Runtime troubleshooting and request handling experience
- Expertise in using Macro and handling production data

【Nice-to-have skills】
- Basic Cloud understanding and background
- Having Background and Domain knowledge of Over the Air (OTA) update and execution
- Good Command in working with web portal, pages and forms to execute campaigns

【Language】
Bilingual (Japanese/English)
