ビジネス・コントロールチームの一員として、経営陣の意思決定を財務面からサポートし、適切な予算編成と経費管理を行い、財務分析を行い、会社や本部向けの報告書を作成する。各ビジネスユニットのビジネスパートナーとして、そのビジネスプラン／ターゲット設定をサポートし、ビジネスを推進する。

As a member of the Business Control Team, provide financial support to the management in decision-making, ensuring adequate budgeting and expense control, conducting financial analysis and preparing reports for the company and its Headquarters. Work as a business partner of each business unit to support their business plan / target setting and drive the business.

●RESPONSIBILITY
・Business controller position serves as an advisor for both a company’s financial department and staffing leadership through thorough research, analysis and experience to develop business and financial recommendations, provide budget feedback, and assist leadership in key financial decisions, meaning that s/he plays an important role in the company’s economic growth.
・Support / work with Business Control Manager and Head of Business Control on monthly forecast, annual operating Plan, 2-year growth plan and ad-hoc analysis, with particular focus on growth, productivity and profitability in Gross Margin, Opex/cost and capital spending.
・Work closely with managers or heads of business units to prepare and control the plans, budgets and forecasts for the organization.
・Perform monthly analytical review of operating results and key performance indicators, including identifying key business drivers/trends and anomalies impacting the operating performance of the company.
・Address ongoing ad hoc requests and projects requiring financial analysis

●KEY PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRE SKILLS / 必須経験・求めるスキル
＜Experience/Requirements＞
・Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
・The ideal candidate has 3-6 years of experience in a large company, ideally in a fast paced multi-site environment, in an business analyst / FP&A Analysis or Business Planning role with a few years of accounting experience and/or intermediate level of accounting knowledge
・He or she has a track record of improving financial performance by driving meaningful actions with the business/operational functions
・Experience working for an international company or an environment is a plus

＜Personal Characteristics/Skills＞
・Solid working proficiency of spreadsheet/database and BI tools (Knowledge of Domo is considered a plus)
・Business English in written/orally is both preferable
・Communication and relationship building skills would need to be highly effective with the ability to organize, inspire, motivate and lead initiatives through diverse teams
・Show an enthusiasm to share, develop, coach and mentor and will have a strong commitment to customer service, effective communication and follow through
・Effectively work and communicate at all levels, with multiple stakeholders of varied backgrounds, nationalities and cultures, from senior management to trainee consultants.
